By accessing or using services offered by Accessnexus (accessnexus.vip), you agree to these Terms. Services include studio classes, online programs and private lessons delivered in Canada. Terms govern bookings, payments, class conduct and intellectual property rights.

Bookings: classes paid/held per schedule and studio policies.
Health & safety: participants affirm they are fit for yoga practice; instructors may refuse participation if safety concerns arise.
Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, Accessnexus' liability is limited for injuries or loss related to classes.

Privacy & Canadian obligations (PIPEDA)

Accessnexus collects personal information necessary to provide services, process payments, manage bookings, and communicate with clients. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Purpose: contact, billing, program delivery and service improvement.
Retention: information is retained only as long as necessary for legitimate purposes and legal obligations.
Sharing: we do not sell personal data. We may share with service providers under contract (payment processors, scheduling platforms) with appropriate safeguards.

Refunds, cancellations & consumer rights

Class packs and memberships are subject to the terms at purchase. Refunds are provided where required by law or as specified in the membership agreement. For online on-demand purchases, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Personal data access / correction request

If you are a resident of Canada and wish to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by Accessnexus, please complete the form below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with PIPEDA.
